Print Advertising
MEMO Newsletter
Our quarterly full-colour newsletter offers cost-effective advertising which reaches every business downtown, including most not-for-profits and government agencies, with a total of 4,000 copies delivered. Each edition covers issues important to downtown businesses, including downtown news and events and updates on Downtown BIZ programs.

About 3,500 MEMO newsletters are hand-delivered by Downtown Watch ambassadors, with others mailed or handed out to interested individuals. MEMOs are distributed in February, May, September and December.

Advertising options range from business card to half page sizes and also include the option of placing inserts within the newsletter.

MERGE Downtown Directory
This annual, user-friendly digest features a listing of downtown entertainment, shopping, services and dining.

The full colour MERGE handbook is targeted to downtown employees and regular downtown users, as well as tourists. The directory offers high visibility, a long shelf life, and reasonable rates.

The 55,000 copies are distributed in May to:
  • Downtown employees via the summer newsletter
  • Downtown residents through the mail
  • The Winnipeg Free Press home delivery to areas surrounding downtown
  • Tourism outlets
  • Hotels
  • Shopping malls
Ads are available in several sizes, including 1/4 page, 1/2 page and full page. Ad production included.
