EARTH DAY CLEAN-UP BLITZ! 2011 Earth Day Spring Clean-up was once again a success! Over 400 people cleaned downtown in honour of Earth Day. Downtown business people and residents as well as community and school groups worked alongside the BIZ Metro Enviro-Team as part of the Downtown BIZ's annual Earth Day Clean-up. Three lucky winners each received a Raleigh Mountain Bikes valued at $299 each from Tim Hortons: congrats to Denice, Mercedita and Greg! The Winnipeg Goldeyes game private SkySuite Experience for up to 21 co-workers will be awarded this week to one of the participating organizations.
