Six stunning photographic murals were unveiled as winners selected from 175 entries for the Downtown BIZ’s Photographic Competition this Spring.
All six photos are on display in downtown skywalk windows, visible from the street and from inside the skywalks, for one year. Where possible, photo panels will be lit. The largest panel is 25 feet wide. All 175 entries will be on display in Portage Place as part of a People’s Choice Award.
The 175 competition entries are on display in a Portage Place space (east skywalk) where the public can vote on their favourite for the People’s Choice Award. The award will be presented with the remaining three winners later this spring. A special, smaller window location will be selected for the People’s Choice photo, and there will be a draw for a supper out for two and the framed winning piece among all who enter their pick. You can also email your pick to stephanie@downtownwinnipegbiz.com
