Flowers
- 10,000 flowers planted
- 80 jumbo flower baskets on Portage Avenue from Spence to Main, supported by 16 businesses and property owners, and the City of Winnipeg

Neon Broom Program
77 businesses received free neon brooms over the summer, encouraging them to keep their sidewalks and storefronts clean, with three winning the Order of the Neon Broom
