DOWNTOWN STREET CLOSURES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
Street Closures:
We are preparing to film scenes for “The Hessen Affair” movie for one day this coming weekend.
To enable us to position our lighting equipment and support vehicles reasonably close to our location we have arranged with the CITY OF WINNIPEG for special, temporary parking restrictions during filming.
We will park the majority of our equipment trucks and crew vehicles in parking lots off the street. We are filming indoors and all streets will remain open.
Please note:
11:30 AM to 11:30 PM - SUNDAY NOV. 18
NO PARKING ON:
NORTH SIDE - MCDERMOT
between Albert St. & the Parking Lot driveway just East of Albert St.
EAST SIDE - ALBERT ST.
between McDermot Ave. & the first back lane North of McDermot.
5:00 PM Sunday Nov. 18 to 8:00 AM Thursday Nov. 22
NO PARKING ON:
NORTH SIDE - MCDERMOT
between Main St. and the West Side of 177 McDermot
SOUTH SIDE - MCDERMOT
from Main St. to 62 meters East
WEST SIDE - RORIE ST.
between McDermot & Lombard

There are a series of meters that are hooded along Portage Avenue due to lights being installed for the holidays. More details to come
